From the archives: Kjell Ekhorn and Jon Forss met in London in the 1990s and formed their studio, Non-Format in 2000. But then a girl came along and, as happens, a smitten Forss followed her to Minnesota in 2007 and Ekhorn ultimately moved back to his native Norway.
